Data Management (DMA)

Here are the learning objectives:

Data Management Systems (DMS):

1. Understand the various types of data management systems, including relational databases, NoSQL databases, and data warehouses.
2. Gain proficiency in using data management tools and software to organize, store, and retrieve data efficiently.
3. Demonstrate the ability to design and implement a data management system tailored to specific business needs.

Data Acquisition and Ingestion (DAI):

1. Learn the methods and techniques for acquiring and ingesting data from diverse sources, including databases, APIs, data streams, and external files.
2. Develop skills in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data quality and compatibility.
3. Apply data acquisition strategies to handle structured and unstructured data, as well as real-time data streams.

Data Cleaning and Processing (DCP):

1. Understand the importance of data cleaning, data transformation, and data quality in effective data management.
2. Gain proficiency in data cleaning techniques, including outlier detection, missing value imputation, and data validation.
3. Learn to preprocess and manipulate data to prepare it for analysis and reporting, ensuring its reliability and accuracy.

Data Management Project (DMP):

1. Plan, execute, and manage a comprehensive data management project from inception to completion.
2. Apply the knowledge and skills acquired in data management systems, data acquisition, and data cleaning to real-world scenarios.
3. Demonstrate the ability to create and implement data management solutions, make data-driven decisions, and effectively communicate project outcomes to stakeholders.
