This is a platform for sharing knowledge between several people from all over the world. It is also a forum that facilitates the organization of short-term professional trainings, and therefore a less expensive learning and professional expansion opportunity.  Different topics related to monitoring and evaluation as part of the project management, research and consultancy are subject to this forum and different initiatives are then developed and implemented. Research activities are designed when necessary and therefore new investment or business opportunities are identified.

By so doing, different individual or joint initiatives can be developed and participants can get connected to each other. This network not only serve a learning opportunity especially for young professionals or students but also it allows them to get in touch with the hiring institutions and competent institutions with regard to the issues being discussed.
