advanced survey and data management, quantitative analysis, qualitative data analysis, and robust evaluation designs:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 30px;font-size: 14px\"><strong>Graduate profile<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 30px;font-size: 14px\">In combination of the quantitative analysis skills, the graduate of the ER Training will be able to organize and conduct project, policy or program impact evaluation or other forms of evaluation such as performance evaluation, and inefficiency analysis.\u00a0 specifically, the candidate will have the following:<\/p><ul style=\"margin: 30px 0px;padding-left: 0px;list-style-type: none;font-size: 14px\"><li style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;position: relative;padding-left: 20px\">Proven knowledge and skills from M&amp;E Levels I &amp; II (as defined in this document);<\/li><li style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;position: relative;padding-left: 20px\">Hands-on skills on sample weighting and finite population correction, and analyzing survey data;<\/li><li style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;position: relative;padding-left: 20px\">Practical knowledge of data mining strategies to represent big data in reduced dimensions that will help create indices or key performance indicators for program analysis<\/li><li style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;position: relative;padding-left: 20px\">Ability to use R for GIS and skills for spatial analysis as an exploratory process focusing on the statistical analysis of spatial patterns and underlying processes to confirm or not whether the outcomes are associated with intervention locations;\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><li style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;position: relative;padding-left: 20px\">Advanced knowledge of qualitative analysis with the use of qualitative software such as ATLAS or Nvivo.<\/li><li style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;position: relative;padding-left: 20px\">Specialization in Impact Evaluation, Performance analysis, or efficiency analysis<\/li><li style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;position: relative;padding-left: 20px\">Hands-on experience through an internship project<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 30px;font-size: 14px\"><strong>Entry requirement<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 30px;font-size: 14px\">The prospective trainee\/student should fulfil the following requirements:<\/p><ul style=\"margin: 30px 0px;padding-left: 0px;list-style-type: none;font-size: 14px\"><li style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;position: relative;padding-left: 20px\">Being an ultimate candidate or having a master\u2019s degree or higher in domains involving extensive quantitative research methods such as applied mathematics, statistics, economics, public health, clinical psychology, social sciences, etc.<\/li><li style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;position: relative;padding-left: 20px\">familiar with at least one data processing package such as Stata, R, etc.<\/li><li style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;position: relative;padding-left: 20px\">confidence in economics, statistics, mathematics, development or social sciences<\/li><li style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;position: relative;padding-left: 20px\">proven knowledge of M&amp;E
