- Good understanding of M&E work environment in the project management complexity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Technical know-how on setting up and maintaining an effective M&E system;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Ability to go through the sampling process using Excel, survey design and data collection using modern technologies such as Open Data Kit (ODK);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Hands-on skills of using Excel to summarize and visualize data, and to statistically validate hypotheses and conclusions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Hands-on skills on creating M&E Dashboards including google maps using Power BI<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Hands-on experience through an internship project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
The prospective trainee\/student should fulfil the following requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Having successfully completed at least 3 years of undergraduate studies but the certificate will be awarded upon presentation of the Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- being already involved in M&E or aspiring to work as an M&E professional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
